In the Contacts Tab, we can start a conversation with someone quickly and easily.
You also can add templates into the system allowing you to quickly add in an email that you send often.
I can also schedule one-off emails using the client’s time zone from within the Conversation Tab or Contact Tab.

Under the Marketing Tab, you can see Email Campaigns.
I can create an email template or start an email campaign from a template.
I can then create an email and schedule out the campaign, add a smart list, a tag, or individuals I want to send the email to.
This is where you would write out your newsletter-type emails and have them scheduled to go out every week or every month.
Automations are a powerful email marketing tool.
People can be put into the workflows manually, or by an action they took or didn't take.
There are a number of triggers available at this time with more being added all the time.
