Support is a huge deciding factor when choosing software.
What levels and kinds of support are available along with the hours that support can be accessed is crucial to your business success along with successful usage of the software.
What is the quality of support that's available from the software?

When it comes to choosing support, quality is key, but if it isn't timely, it's of no use, so making sure that it is convenient is an important factor as well.
In this post, I am breaking down the different support channels available between Clickfunnels 2.0 and Gohighlevel.

Up first,
It took me a bit to figure out how to use Help.
When I clicked on the “help” at the bottom left it opened the “search for anything” area at the top.
I then could type in what I was looking for and it brought up a list of items I could click on.
Once I clicked on one of the items in the list I could go more in depth on that one item.
I hit the hamburger menu on the top left and it brought me to this next screen that had the options to go to the Knowledge Base, Blog Updates, App Status, and Ask A Question.
When I chose “Ask A Question” this window below popped up and this is the only time I could access someone and ask a question.
Clickfunnels does have a Help Library - you can find it here: https://clickfunnels.elevio.help/en
They also have a Facebook Group where there are support agents answering questions and offering help docs. You can find it here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/510495802383466

I also could not get an idea of the turnaround time.
It states: “We will reply as soon as we can.”
At the agency level in a High Level account you have the ‘blue” question mark at the top right-hand side.
When you click on the question mark this panel opens up.

Their Facebook Group
High Level Events - these are live calls
Live Chat
Phone Support
Priority Support - $300/month you get a dedicated support agent

The chat feature for High Level is live and the response time ranges, however, they do give you an estimate as to the wait time.

There is someone to speak with from 7 am to 7 pm CST Monday to Friday and 9 am - 5 pm Saturdays.

You are brought to this screen and once you fill out the info you are redirected to a Zoom room. The wait time varies. I stay away from Mondays if I can.

This level of support for software is unheard of.
Access to information, assistance, and to the people who can help and quickly.
Multiple times a day I see the owners of High Level answering questions in the Go High Level Facebook group.
They are interacting and aware of what is happening in the group and step in when they think something needs to be addressed.
