First Up Is Gohighlevel Funnels, Websites, Forms, And Surveys

4K Video

4K video is now being supported in both funnels and websites. It has been supported in the membership area for a month or so.

If a video is uploaded in 4K it will keep the resolution but if a video is uploaded at 720 it will remain at 720.

Media Library 4GB

There is now support for up to 4GB files in the media library for videos.

Order Forms Are Faster

I, along with many others have noticed that processing time for order forms has been slow. They are now quicker for both 1-step and 2-step order forms.

Popup Forms

Until this update, we could only add or embed one type of form. With these new forms, we have so much more flexibility.

As you can see from the image below the possibilities are now endless.

You can embed these new forms with the editor and on your outside websites etc.

Google Fonts

This was something I personally asked for.

I love to have as much flexibility in design as possible within the funnel/website builder without using CSS.

Google adds new fonts all the time and with 531 newly added fonts within the  Gohighlevel funnel builder we have much more flexibility in our designs.

SEO Fixes

• Page Title

• Blog Data

SEO is an important focus for all businesses and GHL is continually improving the SEO within the app.

Form Customization

This one is so exciting. I had no idea this change was coming and I couldn’t be happier.

The forms in the GHL editor were simple and needed CSS to make 95% of the changes needed to match design styles.

With these new customization features… the form can now be designed better without CSS.

The Q1 Roadmap For The Go High Level Funnel Builder

Exciting new features are coming this quarter.

Some we have anticipated for some time.

• Blog Category Element

• Customizable Form Fields - validation, Limits, Date Picker, etc.

• Disabling Forms - after x submissions, Date, or Both

• Image Slider Element

And a Huge surprise.

There is always so much more going on in the background with GHL that it can be hard to understand why things don’t happen quicker and in a different order.

Today we found out why…

There is a whole new funnel/website builder interface coming!

Yes, you heard it here first.

This is the new image slider with the new funnel/website layout.

Next, you’ll notice the menus have changed, the look and layout as well as the menus, etc are now going to open on the left side vs the right and the side vs the top.

This is to improve the overall user ability of the funnel/website builder.

People have complained about the funnel builder and I quite liked it. I can’t wait to try the new builder.

This is very exciting and they hope to have this launched by the end of Q1.

Social Planner Updates For Gohighlevel

The recent releases for the social planner have been amazing. 

For being such a new feature they are pumping out the features and usability - soon to compete with some of the bigger players.

• CSV Upload

• Ability To Be Added To A Snapshot

• Template Library

• TikTok Personal Account Posting

• Group Hashtags

They shared some stats around the Social Planner usage with Facebook being the leader in the posting platform at 400,000 for Q5 with GMB at 150,000.

Instagram and LinkedIn were also the same as GMB and Twitter were about 30,000 and TikTok was barely visible in the graph.

The design revamp that we are seeing in the funnel builder and in the Opportunities/Pipelines last month is slowly being added to all areas of the software.

Up Next, The Email Builder In Gohighlevel

A/B Split Testing was released about a week ago. If you haven’t tried it I suggest you give it a go.

I sent out a campaign and loved it.

There are some exciting things happening with the email side of High Level.

• Inline Text Editor

• Logo Element

• Layout With Image, Text, and Button

• File Upload Attachment

• Allow Open Email Builder In PopUp in Automations

My favorite two are the ROI calculator and the popup in Automations.

These are 2 features we have been requesting for some time.

The ability to see how much money was made from each email campaign will be a game changer for users.

The ability to edit templates within the Workflows instead of having to go back to Campaigns → Templates each time will save so much time.

An Exciting Announcement But Now Surprising was Content AI coming to Gohighlevel.

It will first launch for the Social Planner and then roll out to the other areas within HighLevel.

Content Ai will sit under the Automations Tab in Go High Level.

Payments And Invoicing In Go High Level

Apple and Google Pay were introduced this last month giving people another way to pay within funnels and websites.

• The Order Submitted trigger for order form checkouts was also added to Workflows allowing us to grab a product without choosing an order form first.

• A UI enhancement to the order forms - I love the new look.

• Coupon Codes for one-time products in order forms and preview changes.

Coupon codes are coming for recurring products soon.

Authorize.net Is Now A Payment Processor In Gohighlevel.

One of the most exciting feature drops that was released today was Authorize.Net

It is now available in Labs.

The Q1 Roadmap For Payments

Authorize. Net is now available for order forms and this quarter they will integrate on Invoices and Text2Pay.

• NMI Integration

• Custom Email/SMS notifications for invoicing

• Payment received trigger - Subscriptions, calendars, and Text2Pay

What’s Coming Soon For HighLevel

There are always a few sneak peeks into what is coming down the road for Gohighlevel and one they shared this month was:

A Customer Portal

This will eventually replace like Dubsado and 17 Hats.

The update is also going to improve the affiliate management tool by giving people a place top log in like First Promoter to see their stats.

This will have the affiliate manager data in it is as well.

One thing we didn’t see today but were given a sneak peek of is Proposals.

Soon, from within Gohighlevel, we will have the ability to search for a company, look at their online presence and then send them a proposal based on what features they do and do not have.

The system will be able to tell if they have a website, a chat widget, missed call text back, etc and you will be able to create a report and send it to a client through the system.

Game Changer.

This will help SaaS agencies prospect and close more clients.
