Not just is there support but is there support when you need it in the way you need it.
Below is a list of the variety of ways to reach High Level when you need help.

First Up.
If you are not a customer yet you can reach out to Go High Level via their chat widget on their website and/or call them at any time of the day toll-free at +1 (888) 732-4197 for all non-support-related requests.
This includes all Billing and Sales related requests.
You can call +1 888 732-4197 and press 1 for sales to speak with the team to help you determine if Go High Level is the platform for you.

One of the support features I love the most is the Live Zoom room.
You are able to go to: https://speakwith.us/success using your agency admin email along with your Agency Relationship Number (found under Agency View → Settings → Company - you’ll see it in the middle at the top of your company data.
The Customer Success Zoom Room Business Hours are:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm CST
Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST
There is a Live Q&A from 11 AM - 1 PM CST time where you can talk to someone live and share screen.
On these calls, there is a 15-minute person time limit and there are usually 2 or more GoHighLevel experts on these calls to guide you.
You can log into your account, however, you may have a Billing lockout issue.
You can call the Billing Team at +1 (469) 694-2318.
The Billing Team's business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST.

If you have already signed up and have a High Level you can jump on live with their Solutions Engineers Team for your onboarding call.
They're available Monday - Friday From 7 AM - 7 PM CST.

All you need is your relationship number and you are ready to go. The High Level team will take it from there.
You can do this from inside your Go High Level app. You will navigate to the Agency level then go to → Settings → Billing and click on To modify or cancel your current subscription click here. This will direct you to cancel your High Level account.
There are a variety of different email addresses available for High Level.
If you are a current client you can reach them through the blue check mark and if you are not you can contact them via their chat widget or call Toll Free: (888) 732-4197.

The Blue Question Mark.
In the top right corner of your HighLevel App, you will see a blue question mark.
A larger pop-out will appear.

This is the Gohighlevel university. You can access it here: https://university.gohighlevel.com/
You will use your High Level log-in.
Once logged in you can see the university has 3 courses in it.
They are very informative. Register and take a look at them.
The knowledge base is an excellent resource. It does need a bit of updating and they are working on that weekly. You will be able to find many answers here:

GoHighLevel has an amazing Facebook Community to find answers to your frequently asked questions.
Go High Level Facebook Group
The Facebook Group requires you to provide your email address (the one you used when signing up), and your Agency Name.
This group is not for support but for community and collaboration. For support-related requests reach out with the blue check mark and click on Live Chat.
There are a number of events happening daily, monthly, and yearly at Go High Level.

At any time of the day or night, seven days a week, you can select the "live chat" option to begin a new Support request.
This is a live chat feature that will require you to choose your issue from dropdown menus and they will then direct you to the correct person.
If needed they may create a ticket and email you the ticket number and follow up with you from there.
If you don’t see the ability to access the blue help question mark in your account you are not an agency admin or you are logged in under a user.
"SaaS Users" or "Location Users" will not see the blue question mark button, this is strictly for HighLevel customers.
Only Agency Admins are able to assign the admin role to others. If you are an admin be sure you are logged in as admin or have someone assign you admin status.
Then the “blue” question mark will appear in the top right-hand corner.
Go High Level’s YouTube channel is a great resource for you as a user and as an agency owner. The updates for the app along with guest interviews and event recordings are there for you to review.
