How long have you been searching inside your ClickFunnel account for the button to turn off the affiliate badge? Let me guess– two minutes too long!

No worries, you’re here now and I’m going to show you exactly how to do it.

Finding the Affiliate Badge in Your ClickFunnels Account

Okay, so there’s a couple of different places that we’ve got to go inside of ClickFunnels to remove the affiliate badge.

So let’s jump over and take a look.

The first thing that you want to do on the account level, under account details, you’ll see on the right that we need to go down to affiliate settings and expand it there.

The ClickFunnels affiliate badge is on by default as soon as you open your ClickFunnels account.

Hiding the ClickFunnels Affiliate Badge

How to Show or Hide the ClickFunnels Affiliate Badge

Toggle over the badge option so that it is off. Then you’re going to save it which will take care of any further funnels that you build.

If you’re bringing in templates though from Mother Funnel or from anywhere else inside of ClickFunnels, you’re going to need to turn it off on each page step, or each funnel step.

Turning off the Affiliate Badge When Bringing in Templates from Other Places inside ClickFunnels

Let’s jump over into a funnel and I’ll show you how to do that.

So every funnel step on these funnels that you bring in from the ClickFunnels templates are going to have the little affiliate badge on them unless you turn it off on each of these steps.

So we’re going to go in and edit the page. And then on the top left under settings, we’re going to go to “general.”

And where it says “affiliate badge,” we’ve got the options to “show” or “hide.”

You’re going to turn it to “hide,” for all of the funnel steps.

IT’S ALL ABOUT CONVERSION

Now there is some strategy that you can use with regards to the ClickFunnels affiliate badge if you’re doing affiliate marketing, but the whole purpose of a funnel is to limit the actions that somebody can take when they land on your page.

These funnels are all about conversions. So you do not want what’s called a “leaky funnel.” You do not want them to have any other choices on your funnel other than to go down the path that you’ve selected for them.

I suggest that you always turn off the ClickFunnels affiliate badge unless you’re doing affiliate marketing.

We’re doing ClickFunnels videos here all the time, so we’ll see you soon!
