The importance of conversations today.
I look at and even engage with conversations easier and quicker today than I will look at or engage with advertising, never mind giving my name and email address.
The ability to manage and organize conversations with potential leads and clients is vital to the health and profitability of a business.
But there are dozens of ways to communicate with people today and these conversations are spread out over platforms and devices… sometimes so disorganized we lose track.
And perhaps more importantly, we fail to capture the contact info of these potential clients.

Clickfunnels 2.0 Doesn’t Have A Conversations Area
Because Clickfunnels 2.0 does not have any 3rd party integrations at this time the conversations would be limited to email.
The ability to talk to a person from multiple avenues is powerful.
It has Contacts. As you can see by the image below the information available for each contact is limited to what they have purchased.
High Level does not have this capability at this time. Go Clickfunnels.
Clickfunnels 2.0 has a way to go before the app is ready to be a full CRM.

Looking at the Contacts screenshot for Go High Level we can see at a glance any and all information we would like as we can filter the display fields.
It also allows us to segment lists allowing us to communicate effectively with specific groups of people.
High Level CRM is working to be one of the best in the industry and has much more on the roadmap.

Final Thoughts
3rd party integrations - I was surprised Clickfunnels 2.0 does not have any at this time. In 1.0 they had the ability to connect with a few.
SMS and voice along with Whatsapp make GHL a no-brainer when it comes to conversations with potential clients.
The cost of Facebook ads is no longer feasible for many businesses and conversations will be key to growth.
High Level makes growing your business easier and more organized.

I am watching Clickfunnels closely… I say this a lot - when someone shows you who they are Believe Them!
They had stated their 2.0 version of Clickfunnels would be out a year ago. I am anxiously awaiting to see if they are able to fulfill their proposed roadmap.
